I’ve helped create and lead content orgs for brands like Microsoft, Avanade, Infogain, and Wipro. I've also spent 22 years creating strategies and content that drive revenue for Google, Microsoft, Amazon, T-Mobile, Starbucks, and other major brands.
Along the way, I’ve created tools that help marketers differentiate their brands in the market and differentiate sub-brands from each other. I’ve built portfolios of sales enablement materials, helped identify audience segments, helped marketers understand Purchase Committee psychology, and woven all of that into GTM and brand messaging. I’ve also had to deliver work to customers in the field as part of a project team.
In other words, I’ve told the brand stories then had to face the customer while bringing those stories to life.
